Admin access requires an authorized account

Sign in through the authentication service. The admin APIs still enforce JWT validation and require global:superadmin or app:shop-assistant:admin.

Admin setup checklist

  1. Sign in through Auth. Your account must have global:superadmin or app:shop-assistant:admin in the authentication microservice.
  2. Configure agent prompts in the “Prompts (CRUD)” tab: create at least one active prompt for each type: COMMUNICATION, SEARCH, COMPARISON, LOCATION, PRESENTATION. Use placeholders like {{userInput}}, {{queryText}}, {{searchResults}}, {{previousParams}} as described in the docs.
  3. Select AI models in the “AI Models” tab (load models from ai-microservice) and assign the desired model to each prompt.
  4. Choose safe service settings in the “Execution mode” tab. Only non-secret settings are editable here.
  5. Use the customer dashboard for account-bound searches and profiles; keep the advanced test interface for diagnostics.

Safe service settings

Edit non-secret settings that are applied by this service. Secrets, provider keys, JWT secrets, and environment-owned deployment values are intentionally not editable here.

Persisted in AppSetting and applied to agent handoffs.
